Commissioned by the City of Cockburn, The Bowler was completed in 2018 with a vision that links to both the history of the bowling club and the multi-faceted sporting nature of the Leisure Centre site.

The focal point of the sculpture - The Bowler - is a high relief, three dimensional piece of stainless steel artwork which is then further enhanced and complimented by stylised, mirror-finish sporting figures.

These help create movement and motion, adding to the more formal focal piece.
